Do we need stricter SIDEWALK CONTROL laws?
We can't have everyone who lives in suburbia fearing for their lives because their sidewalks are being used to try to kill them can we?
My idea of a stupid, but somewhat amusing, question.

We need to be sure all the good guys have sidewalks so they can prevent the crazies from taking sidewalks into a mall and sidewalking up the place.

People who do not know how to be killed or maimed by walking down a road or side walk are simple folks that should be taken out of the gene pool so that they do not reproduce.
