Handful of porridge oats blitzed up with a banana, some skimmed milk and a dash of cinnamon!!
Has simple and complex carbs, a dash of protein and a hint of useful good fats. Will keep you going for a while.
More importantly, cheaper than buying them rip off slimming shake bollocks and far far better for you.
