Is it likely that universities will send out emails the day before results with application results?

Results day for A level is on the 15th of august, I was wondering whether it is likely the university i'm applying to (Warwick) will send out an email the day before? I will feel so nervous and sickly on the day finding out so I'd rather it just be a surprise when I open up my email in the afternoon the day before...

I've heard of this happening before but a quick search didn't help me with much.

No. Universities are supposedly not allowed to tell applicants whether they have got in or not until results day once Track officially goes live at 8 am. Apparently some sent a confirmation last year earlier than they were supposed to and UCAS wasn't best pleased.
