Really, this is a stupid question,. will i get a ticket in Texas? Yes, in Texas they give tickets for no reason to anyone from California.

Yes, if you break any laws and are caught, just like you would in California. You don't seem to worried about AZ or NM. If you drive through any of the Indian Reservations they have their own Indian Police force. They write tickets to anyone for any reason. Going 2 or 3 miles per hour over the speed limit will get you a ticket on an Indian reservation. The figure it is reparations for taking their land.

Just remember, Texas is not a stop and identify state. If the cops stop you & ask for id, tell them no. There is no law in Texas that says you have to id yourself unless you have been lawfully. arrested.

When you pass the Border patrol check points, and they stop you and ask if you're a citizen, ask them if they have any reason to think you are not a citizen.

If you are a licensed driver and do not get caught speeding, or some other violation there should be no problem.

    Only if you deserve one.
