Two Gardeners, same materials used, one Gardener's garden does great, the other crapola; why?

Completely depends on how each gardener works the soil and takes care of the plants. If Gardener A uses cold tap water, miracle grow mixed with chicken manure and avid amounts of sunlight then his tomatoes will grow healthy and plump.

On the other hand if Gardener B used pond water, top-soil and grows from inside his house, his tomatoes are going to with before they are any bigger than jaw-breaks.

Its the magic of gardening and plants need love and affection like everyone else. This completely depends on what is used and how well one takes care of the harvest.

What if those gardens were in completely different areas? What is good for one area may not be for the other. Or maybe one of the gardeners took better care of their garden. You just say the same materials were used, you didn't say they each worked the same amount of hours. So perhaps one was lazy. I don't know, these are just speculations. As for leaving fisherman age, and entering the aquarian age, I don't know what you are talking about. Maybe if people cared more about global warming, fish wouldn't be dying? But really, I am not sure what you are talking about.

crapola gardener didn't property pack down the soil around his transplants leaving air pockets. the root died, the plant died.

Having been a blessed gardener for 64 years I will offer my insight.

1. start with good soil or amend it to make it good. Add organic matter, dung, organic fertilizer, compost made from plant residue.

2. Be knowledgeable or study to become knowledgeable about all phases of planting, caring for , harvesting, bug control..use organic pesticides.

3. Keep weeds removed on a regular basis or they will steal nutrients & water needed by plants.

4. Live a life Blessed by God, Bless the soil and plants.

To the main part of the question, could be the nature of the soil. It could be the work put into it. There is some difference somewhere between the 2.

Secondary question: It means nothing.

Could be less light, different soil, or soil moisture.

Water ph is a big thing too.

ph around 7 or more and the plants are unable to get any nutrients. They don't die but they don't grow either.
