loose a little bit of weight?

I'm not fat but it just comes to me that I need to loose a little bit before school comes. The spots that I need to loose my weight the most is my arms and legs. I only have a week left before school starts.! Help?

    drink a glass of water every hour eat small potions on every Mill u eat exercise 1 or 2 hours a day u might not lose it as fast as u want to but u will lose it also eat healthy fruits and vegetables if u eat meat make sure the protein is higher then the fat

    fat should be under 9 grams

    you should lose weight fast maybe not in a week but in 1 month u will see a difference in 6 u will be looking healthy and skinny
