What would be a great breakfast?

    Eggs Benedict and French Toast and of course Coffee. :-)

    2 hard boiled eggs with soy mayo (the kind of mayo I like the best)

    steamed carrots & zucchini & basil & a little dried rosemary

    2 slices toast, ghee, & blueberry preserves

    glass of milk

    A sweet potato also makes a really great breakfast. I'm very fond of baked sweet potatoes. In fact, I just ate one. I'm always very hungry in the morning.

    Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich or Sausage/Eggs/Cheese scrambled together
