where does this one come from?
one of the favorite cafeteria sports at work is to tell people how bad their food is for them. the new one I'm being hit with is frozen food is bad for you. freezing destroys all the nutrients.

Your mom is right! They are flash frozen fresh to retain most of there nutrients & color.
Now canned on the other hand have been cooked, salt & preservatives added etc and are not fresh!
Notice how frozen still have there vibrant natural colors and canned are soft almost mushy and limp! Let your eyes and taste buds be the judge.
Just sounds like someone who runs there mouth and thinks they know everything, do they come up with something everyday??? Haha Tell them to look their facts up next time before they misinform folks!
