how will my cats react to kittens?

I have two cats they are both almost 2 years old. I want to get kittens, but I don't know how they will react. One of my cats likes to be outdoors most the time and typically isn't very affectionate. My other cat is very affectionate and loves people especially me. He is always dying for attention and food. He is slim and the other cat is bulky. How will my cats react?

Update:

also both my cats are really nice and always playful!!

Your outdoor cat might not have a positive out come at first because he/she won't be quite sure about them. My outdoor cat didn't really like the kittens when I had some. But, eventually he didn't mind. So, I think your cat is going to be a little not sure about them but they'll grow on him/her.

Your other cat will probably seem a little jealous because you are giving the kittens attention instead of him/her. So, make sure you give them equal attention. When I got kittens my cat acted a little sad and different, which I ended up noticing was because I was giving the kittens more attention. They'll probably act alright around the new kittens. I hope the best and hope they act great if you do end up getting kittens! :)

You really can NEVER tell how they will react. However, there IS the RIGHT and "not so right" way of introducing cats. Jackson Galaxy's instruction (See link below) is very helpful.
