What is the area under the standard normal curve that lies to the left of...?

The four parts to find are (A) Z = 0.42, (B)Z= -0.95, (C)Z = -0.96, and (D)Z = -0.07. I have no idea how to solve this four part question. I've tried my textbook and I have a "show me an example" with my electronic textbook, but I am still shaking my head. I am looking at how to solve each part, A - D. Thanks for your help!

    Use a z-score table and look these values up. Note that P(-Z) = 1 - P(Z).
