when you have stenosis,3 mass bulging disc's, arthritis bone spurs in your back .?

and neck. And the pain Dr say my siatica is frozen...can it be unfrozen? Will this cause more issues...can it be undone? Thanks

Update:

they thought the when the disc's dissolved 39 yrs ago they thought that the scar tissue would fuse it didn't.

    I thought backbones could be fused to prevent bulging discs upsetting your spinal cord
