I made a wonderful Amish Friendship Banana Bread...?

I was looking through my freezer and found Amish Friendship bread starter, frozen bananas and pecans. I decided to make some bread. It was delicious. Have you made something unexpected with something in the fridge or freezer that was good. Or stuff you had on your shelf and made something good?

Update:

This site tells you how to make the starter and different recipes for it. I like to keep starter in the freezer to make something when the mood hits me. There are so many good recipes, but I used this one:

I was making carrot cake, and in the middle I realized I didn't have any coconut, nuts, cream cheese, or pineapple. Instead I threw in whatever I could find that seemed like it would work: trail mix (with cashews, m&ms, peanuts, raisins), a can of cherry pie filling, granola, and a scoop of ice cream. Then when it came out of the oven I melted some peanut butter and white chocolate together and used it as a topping. It was seriously one of the best cakes I've ever had. :P

I once made a really good soup with food in the freezer, it was a spicy vegetable and chorizo. It was so good and really helped my husband and I to get over our illnesses at the time, I think we both had chest infections at the time. The only down side was how long it took because I wasn't well, it was a dinner that took me about 5 hours from start to finish.

Amish Friendship Banana Bread sounds really nice. Do you have a recipe for it?
