What you have linked is a Television Screen not a Computer Monitor.
If it's going to be for your PC and for Games (even Consoles) I would recommend getting a "Computer Monitor"
You can get much better resolution such as 1920 x 1080p (Full HD Resolution, much better colors, better refresh rates, better response times, and much more). Especially if you want to game on your PC or even Consoles.
Also important to note you don't really want to be sitting so close to a TV Screen. You will burn your eyes out.
The Television Screen you have linked can only have a maximum resolution of 1366 x 768.
Who ever told you a TV monitor is better for PC and Games doesn't know anything. (No offence).
