I gotta 1993 jeep Cherokee 5.2 v8 4X4 automatic?
It has a burnt out transmission from my cousin & I'm thinking about getting a rebuild kit or a completely different used transmission but need your opinion on what would you recommend ? I don't mind re packing clutch disks but its just all the extra time on saving a couple hundred dollars . Time is money so I'm thinking about what's best..

Make sure the tranny doesn't have that many miles and I'd defiantly get a used one because IMO rebuilding is harder annoying and it won't be as good as buying a fully ready to put in tranny and assembled correctly I'm not saying you don't know what to do I'm saying its very easy to mess up.

If the used tranny doesn't have many miles and had a warranty go with it otherwise you might just end up with 2 burned up trannys
