Yes, and I would have the party of the year if that would happen.

I personally don't think he's doing a very good job as President, but that is not grounds to impeach. He would have to have actually committed a crime (or at least have evidence that he may have committed a crime) to be impeached.
Also, if he was, like Bill Clinton, it will be mostly a political stunt by the Republicans and he would very likely be acquitted in the trial in the Senate (impeachment is only the same thing as an indictment - it is not the actual trial).

In the past, I've responded to this question with "for what", but Obama's recent penchant for disobeying the clear and unambiguous letter of the law is, IMHO, a "misdemeanor". The president does not have the power or right to disobey law.
Here's a few examples, all ACA related, though he has done it on a ew other issues as well.
-When Obama had the govt start creating federal exchanges, he violated the law. The ACA explicitly gives exchange creation power ONLY to the states.
-When Obama made congress and their staffers not have to use the exchanges, he violated the plain black and white letter of the law in the ACA which requires Congress to use the exchanges so that they would have an incentive to make sure they were well run, and they would notice problems personally.
-When Obama delayed the employer mandate, he did so in plain violation of the law which does NOT give him the power to do so.
Democrats have said that Obama has to do this things because of the intransigence of the House Republicans, but this is untrue. Obama never ASKED congress to do any of these things. He took the power unto himself without cause. And on the third, the House actually OFFERED to pass a law making it legal, and Obama said he would VETO any such law that arrived on his desk because he didn't want to set a precedent that he needed congress to change the law.
The problem of course, is that any such impeachment would be viewed as 100% politics. The Republicans would pay a huge political price, and nothing would be accomplished because the Senate would never convict.

Only someone who genuinely believed that all 289 Republicans in Congress are complete morons would ask such a question! If he had DONE anything that reached the level of impeachment, the GOP would have impeached him by now....wouldn't they?
So which is it? Do you REALLY think the GOP are all that stupid? Or did you not think your question through because perhaps you might be...just a little bit?
Source(s): (You cannot impeach someone "just because you do not like them", they need to be presumed guilty of "high crimes & misdemeanors"...) So many of you Americans are so funny...you have NO IDEA how your country works! - How do you think about the answers? You can sign in to vote the answer.

Absolutely. Without a doubt. 100%. Here is my evidence.
1. NDAA (goodbye privacy)
2. CISPA (massively goodbye privacy)
3. FAP (goodbye health food)
4. TPP (goodbye economy)
5. Complicity is the staging of numerous fictional news stories (Sandy Hook, Boston Bombings, Aurora, DC Navy Yard) Probably many more not yet substantiated.
He creates fake news stories and then exploits them. He is NOT on the side of the people. He is blindly leading us toward a totalitarian police state. The media has been 100% compromised, and the government has been 95% compromised.
If he had balls he would have stood up to it, but instead he did everything they asked. And the people of America are absolutely, completely screwed.

To Impeach he has to violate the Oath of Office or a Major Federal Law, neither has happened despite Cons trying to pin everything on him. Next thing we know they will try blaming the Big Bang on him lol

If you could list a crime rather then ask an open ended and unsubstantiated question then I may think he should but in the absence of any crime other then the fact you don't like him....no, he shouldn't be impeached.

The puppet doesn't matter, it's who is in control which should be Ron Paul.

I don't care if he gets impeached, resigns or falls ill. Let's just get him out before we do even more irreparable damage to the country.

Well over a dozen different impeachable offenses and many worse then watergate. So yes, I'd say he should be impeached and also tried for high treason.
