As a result, all prize payments are suspended until further notice; however, all DC Lottery winning tickets will be honored upon the resolution of the federal government shutdown."
Lottery operations are self-funded. Isn't this just a cunning plan or action designed to use the "federal shutdown" to their advantage?

go to SuperLottoMagic. com and register as a captain, then recruit your team. You make money off of them even if your numbers don't win, plus you get 10% if anyone in your team has a winning number :)
