Would you comment on my story?

Not sure, but what age is the narrator/main character? It comes across as a five-six year old. And what child of that age would leave from a "special class" to walk home in the dark alone?

It is a cute story. Not really spooky, somewhat obvious as to what will happen. I can see this a parody of a kids picture book with some Edward Gorey style line drawings. All in all a decent first try at writing.

Very thought provoking.
