The Royal society for the prevention of cruelty to animals (RSPCA) is a charity that has been looking out for animals since 1824. Their aim by all lawful means is to prevent cruelty, promite kindness to and alleviate suffering of all animals. On average every 30 seconds someone in England and Wales dials the RSPCA’s 24-hour cruelty lines. They have approximately 278 RSPCA inspectors, 57 trainee inspectors, 82 animal welfare officers and 58 animal collection officers working to prevent cruelty to animals. Every year inspectors investigate more than 150,00 complaints of cruelty and neglect.

If your intention is to inform people of the RSPCAs own opinion of itself then yes, your article is good enough.
If you intend to write a dispassionate piece that includes criticisms of the RSPCA and its activities then you need to gather some information from those who are critical of the RSPCA.
