I don't know how they do it either! I'm here seldom more than ten minutes during the day because I have other more productive things to do with my time. Fixation and being glued to the computer can't be good for you.

I'll tell you how I made level 7. Kids are grown up and out of the house, wife and I turned a bedroom into a computer room. In the evenings, we watch TV and she plays Farmville and I get on YA. It's taken me a few years to get to this level, so it's not an every night thing.
