Sounds like an infection of some kind. You should go to a doctor or clinic and have it looked at.

That looks pretty much exactly like tonsil stones, which are basically clusters of matter (e.g. food) that become lodged and build up on your tonsils. They can cause discomfort when swallowing and bad breath, amongst other things.
They're usually not harmful, but if they're recurrent then you may want to see your doctor. Try gargling warm salt water to try and dislodge them.

please get it checked out as soon as possible. don't take any chances and get a biopsy done. Hope you will feel better/ God bless
