Not very. God is all about the submission of mankind to him. If one buys that there is a god (that's the delusion) then accepting the submission to him is natural. He is a Bronze Age Myth, but dominance and submission are realities in the natural world.

The damage is easily curable with regular daily meditation, but Christians think that meditation is toying with evil and it allows one to be possessed by demons, so they cannot take advantage of the very thing they long for.

Perhaps they should go get treatment. However, they would have to be kept isolated. If they were around the other patients who were doing well and on the road to recovery, they would drag them down and impede their progress.

They do qualify for mental treatment, but, unfortunately, no one can make them go. Instead, they all go to group reinforcement sessions called church. Scary, huh?
