Would Region 1 movies (American movies) Work on my UK games console?
There are some movies I would like to get but unfortunately they're imported from America. I know that it won't work on my DVD player. But will it work on my UK games console?.

I doubt it would work on your games console but it's easy to take the regional lock from a DVD player, there will be a code for your model of player just find out the model and look it up on google.

No!! unless you have a multi regional dvd player
However, if you have a chunky ps2, you can buy a dvd region free disc
You simply put that in the ps2 let it load up then eject that and put the dvd in and press play and itll play.

i thought most dvd players these days were multi-region anyway. If it's a playstation or xbox then probably yes.
