How Hard Is It To Detect Drugs Smuggled In Body Cavities?

There have been two recent cases where people have been held in hospitals for hours while they are invasively probed by the hospital at the request of police (and then inexplicably the police are not billed for it). So is it actually possible for someone to hide drugs inside their body so well that they can't be found by manual probing?

    Take it from me:

    NO it is very easy,

and takes a simple digital search to

determine if there is anything there

where it is not supposed to be.

Male and Female prisoners alike, are examined internally and thoroughly before they are admitted

to any secure facilities to begin a sentence of incarceration,

or remanded before going to , and returning from, court.

OR before they are allowed to enter a foreign country

IF they are suspected of smuggling anything.

This is usually done by a medical person: a Doctor, or a Nurse, under supervision.
