What is this on my body?

This stuff has been on my arm for a good while now. It's red and bumpy and VERY itchy. Sometimes, I have to scratch it until it bleeds. It recently just spread to my leg and lower back. I have a nickel allergy on my stomach, but I don't think that is what is on the rest of my body. Please help!

Sometimes when you have an allergy to one thing, there is a good possibility that you have allergies to others. It is possible that might be an allergy or eczema. Have you changed any of your soap or detergent during this time? If so, try an unscented sensitive kind like Dove; do not wear wool, flannel, or wool blends near your skin. Make sure you drink enough water daily. Also, it could be because of a food allergy. If you notice that any foods cause you to rash or itch more, avoid them. Some culprits include wheat products (you probably will be able to tolerate enriched wheat products better than whole wheat); bran, oats, peanut butter, honey, shell fish, glutton containing products; also allergy to fleas (if you have a pet, it and its bedding need to be flea treated), some lotions, some detergents. Once you find the rash trigger and avoid it or them, your itching will cease. Also try your best not to scratch. If it continues, see a doctor and/or dermatologist.
