put leg behind head, serious injury?
about a year ago, i tried to put my leg behind my head, and im pretty sure i pulled something. since then my neck has been clicking whenever i turn it, and i have constant ringing in my ear. what could this be linked to? what type of dr should i be seeing specifically ?
where the neck clicks, is where the spine goes into the brain (yeah its that bad). its been doing so for a year

See a chiropractor. A chiropractor specifically deals with spinal injuries and realignment treatment issues.
