NEED SERIOUS ADVICE!! what should i do?! what can i say?

So just recently i had a pregnancy scare because my period was hella late and last month i did some stuff with this guy who i've known sense i was 5 and we've always liked each other and have gone out but its complicated and i've been wanting to move on from him but i can't cuz as cheesy as it sounds I'm in love with him…

So cuz of the scare it really opened up my eyes, (b4 getting my period) i talked to my bff everyday and we had a plan to get a pregnancy test and stuff and planned what to say to him if it came out positive

and i knew that if it came out positive that means that he would be the father and i had to think if he would b a good father and stuff and could i truly see us spending the rest of our life together

and i thought, Yes, he would b and i can see us together, and i know for a fact he wouldn't leave me if i was pregnant

but now, idk what to do… what should i tell him, what should i do? i think about him every single day

and should i ever tell him about my scare?

BTW: I'm not asking for sex advice just love advice, and he does tell me time to time that he loves me but doesn't know what to do cuz of other drama thats it too much to tell and he's over thinking stuff himself too
