This is a minor concussion?
I take one of my friend ice skating and she fell on her back, after that she starting crying and saying her head hurt so bad so I walk her inside the trainer house. I keep asking her what is she feeling right now she told me she will tired, feeling sicks, dizzy and her head hurts, After 3 minutes her eyes balls was uneven and she kinda black out like she was in space, she didn't move or talk and her eyes was opening but she was still breathing. The ambulance came with in 10 minutes and get her.
Will she be ok? Is it was a minor concussion?

Yes, she has some kind of brain injury. A minor concussion would be one of the better options of the possibilities. No one here can guarantee she'll be okay. But she's getting medical attention, which is the best thing.
