What are some of the most awesome metal album covers ever?

Question

I want to make a metal music slide show so list some kickass metal album covers.

Any metal, including hard rock and glam metal if you really want. Any subject from huge breasted women to c-beams glittering in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate to muscular battle axe wielding barbarians.

Some of the greatest album covers in metal are Leviathan by Mastadon, ObZen by Meshuggah, Chaos A.D. by Sepultura, The Blackening by Machine Head, Hating Life by Grave, Colored Sands by Gorguts, and Organic Hallucinosis by Decapitated.

BQ1: ObZen by Meshuggah! Has a lot of meaning in it!

For metal covers, talk of Motorhead
They have covered metallica, iron maiden and many more. And their covers, are sometimes, better than the original song.
For album art, the best goes to Mayhem Dawn of black hearts

BQ: I don't know about ever, but my current favorite is Nightmare. I think it reflects their new, darker musical style and I like how they honored their late drummer, Jimmy "Rev" Sullivan, with "foREVer" etched on the tombstone.

BQ2: Definitely Cradle Of Filth. Cruelty And the Beast and Midian are my favorite covers (as well as my favorite CoF albums), but all of them are awesome. Their album covers (as well as their albums) are always works of art.
