I looked through my friends phone, what should I do?

I have a sorority sister, known her for 4yrs and we are pretty close. Well, she left her phone in my car and she used her boyfriends phone to call and let me know she would pick it up the next day. Well, I know her password and looked through her photos and a few text messages then shut her phone off. I feel extremely guilty like I committed a sin and I'm not sure if I should tell her. I feel like a bad friend I probably am because of this. She knows that I know her password or I think but she doesn't care if I know her password. But looking through her phone I'm not sure if she'd be okay with that. I'm scared I might have messed up badly. Should I tell her I looked at it or just don't bother telling her?

Also, I'm scared she will ask me if I looked I'm scared to lie or scared to lose her friendship or trust. She knows my password and has seen my photos and Facebook but I was sitting next to her so it's different. I shut her phone off afterwards. I hate this I'm scared.

Just leave it, unless you saw something serious that you think she should know you saw. If you saw nothing important then there is no point starting a whole fight over nothing pretty much.

Lol that's funny but wait a couple of days and if you still feel guilty then tell her.
