Religion brings people of many ethnicities and social backgrounds together under a common belief. It can't increase diversity, as this would be to produce more people who are currently minorities. I'm pretty sure religion can't do that. It can only make diversity among communities more common.

Religion can create adversity since the Bible tells how one should live. If the family or friends do not agree with the teachings that will bring on problems. Many people who become Christians are even killed or at least put out of the home. That is adversity. I have known of one lady that obeyed the Bible and was put to a public death.

God's work? Hardly!
It must be the Devil and the Antichrist working together to divide, conquer and destroy Christianity from the inside!
Name any other organisation of any sort that has created as much diversity and intolerance as that!
