Please help, so confused?

I recently just broke up with my boyfriend I was living with from September 2013 to January 2014. When I moved back home with my parents 3 hrs away from where I was living, I found out I was pregnant. I contacted my ex as soon as I found out but he insisted I was lying, denied the baby, said it wasn't his. He also happened to have a new gf within a week of me moving out and even put HER on the phone to tell me my baby is not his, when I know for a fact it is. I finally gave up on him. That aside I've known for several months, even before I was pregnant that my family is moving to Minnesota. I currently live in Arizona and im 11 weeks pregnant. My family is set to move in 2 to 3 months. The father of my baby lives here but 1. I have no means of support and living here if I stay behind and 2. I have no reason 2 stay behind because my ex isn't involved. What do I do? Can I move? What if he tries to get custody when I move? Child support? DNA test? I'm so confused.

You can do whatever you want, you are unwed. Move with your family, you will need them.

When the baby is born you will have sole legal and physical custody. Until paternity is established your child will have no legal father.

After the baby is born file for child support through your local IV-D agency.

If dad wants ANY rights he will have to petition the court. Unless you come completely unhinged and start doing meth, he won't get anything near custody.

1.) You need a place to live, so if your family is willing, you have to go to MN with them.

2.) When the baby comes to term and you deliver it, you'll be a single mom, your family should help support you.

3.) After the child is born you'll have to file a 'court complaint' against your ex BF in MN and AZ or wherever he is for a 'paternity test'. Once the court case is filed and served....he can't get out of the test. If the DNA test shows he's the father he'll have to pay child support to you till the child is at least 18.

4.) He has 'zero' chance at custody.

5.) Get and save all the info you can on ex BF (utility bills, credit #'s etc. etc. drivers license, ID, mobile # etc., keep any of his personal items you have for DNA purposes) so you can find him for court and child support when the child is born.

    Good luck.
