Wasn't Cesaro vs Sami Zayn meant to be 2/3 Falls?

Fans of NXT will know that a few weeks back NXT held their first live televised event called NXT ArRival. There were 3 matches scheduled, and another 3 were also featured. Advertised was Bo Dallas vs Adrien Neville in a Ladder match for the NXT Championship, Paige vs Emma for the NXT Women's Championship, and Cesaro vs Sami Zayn in their 2nd Two out of Three Falls match.

While I'm not complaining about the quality of the Zayn vs Cesaro match (it was match of the night), I was surprised that even though it was advertised, the match was only a one-fall match, and so when Cesaro seized the victory I was expecting even more, and was then puzzled as to why the match had ended after only one fall. So why was the match, which was advertised as 2/3 Falls, changed to just a standard 1-on-1 match?
