How do the gainsayers feel now...?

Now that the fraud case in Great Britain was thrown out as a waste of the court's time?

I mean, really, did anyone HONESTLY believe that it would go anywhere?

Does anyone really believe that any court would seriously think it can make any sort of legal judgment on what a church believes?

Update:

Sorry, I'm talking about the Fraud case against Thomas S. Monson and the LDS church.

What about filing a fraud case about those who promote evolution? Its a theory, not a proven fact. Never has been observed in action, never has one species evolving into another been witnessed......

I didn't think it would go anywhere because the Mormon church is so stupid and pointless. The Mormon church isn't even worth sueing because of how rediculous it already is. It kind of seemed more like a personal attack towards the church anyways.

I am waiting for somebody to file a fraud case against text book publishers for representing theories as fact based on discredited evidence, unproven claims and omission of relevant data (i.e. perspective) necessary to properly evaluate the evidence.
