Looks like it might be a pit mix, but not a purebred APBT. But in places where they're banned the dog would be because it looks pit-ish enough. It's a "pit type" dog. I have a feeling there's some Staffy and maybe even some mastiff in there somewhere though, because I can't accurately tell how big the dog is.
ADD: I opened it up on my computer so I can see it better than on mobile since it's small. I know a Staffy/Mastiff mix that looks very similar to that except it's larger. But it does look to be a pit bull. Just seemed to look larger to me in the picture than most I've seen but comparing pictures, I think it's possibly a pit bull. I don't claim to be a "know it all" I just hate looking at pictures, considering I'm a hands on and looking straight at the dog from all angles type of person. I also prefer a slimmer looking APBT. I just find it odd how UKC APBTs look more like AKC AmStaffs, yet the ADBA APBTs are much slimmer. Someone once told me they thought the dogs were emaciated and too skinny, but they're solid lean muscle.

It looks like a Pit Bull Mix to me. Handsome, powerful dog. I think my insurance company would not insure me with this dog. I think he's beautiful. Unfortunately, the beautiful Pit Bulls have a bad reputation. I blame the owners. If this is your dog, take good care of him and keep him safe and on-leash.

Yes, that looks like a 'Pit Bull' - the only thing is the ears, but often the ears can hang like that, but the ''rosebud'' ears are more common.
P.S: that dog, does not look anything like a Staffie, head is far too large and completely wrong shape.

That is a gamebred Pit, exactly what they're supposed to be and what pet owners need to avoid.

Theres no way to tell. Probably just another pit-mutt. Unless it has registration papers, thats all it will be.

It does look like a pittie but could also be a staffie. He's pretty stout and his face looks staffie but I can't see his ears. Cute dog either way. :)
