How do I know if my ex is thinking about me?

You know that's not a good sign.You ex may or may not think about you.But the fact that you want him to or even wonder about it means you are still tangeled up emotionally.You have not yet healed.You may never,but knowing you need to redirect your thoughts is a first step.I haven't seen or spoke to my ex in years.We have to grown sons and 6 grand kids,and we never have any contact at all in any way.You may not have the history I do,but the principal is the same.If their on your mind you are stuck.Hating them is even worse.Hating someone else is like drinking poison and waiting for them to die.It hurts you not them.They are probly having a good time while your thinking about the past.It's never easy but you must move on.
