    Yes read it it does tell you that they also did send a copy to the IRS also so the IRS will looking for that amount to reported correctly and completely on your 2013 1040 FIT return during the 2014 tax filing season.

    1040 line 21, other income.

    Don't even think about not filing it.

    it is income to you, not self employment but you were paid to move
