Why is my 'Submit Answer' button not working?

I can type in my answer and even add media but nothing happens when I click on the button?

I have recently updated my anti virus software and suspect that this might have something to do with it.

Update:

Strangely the 'submit' button worked fine for posting this question!

    I can not submit my answer either, but "submit" button can work after i asked a question.Now you have asked this, i think you can try again to answer a question, the button must be working.

    This happens to some people sometimes. Copy your answer, refresh the page, paste the answer and click again. That usually fixes it. Refreshing the pages here once in a while is always a good idea.
