Do I need to choose a healthcare plan before midnight tonight?

As a resident of New York State, the deadline is tonight for Health Insurance. I've already enrolled myself as a member of NY State of Health, but is choosing an insurer and getting the plan part of the deadline too? Need an answer soon

    Yes, you must choose a plan by the deadline.
