No. There's not enough Estrogen in a typical birth control pill to do anything other than ruin a man's emotional control and make him feel very off-balance. And I have to wonder why any man would consider doing something so remarkably stupid in the first place.

That kind of depends on what you expect to see in a 'feminized' man.
