Can I go to Uni?
I'm 15 and recently got onto a police record for making an IED (Improvised Explosive Device) since I am a good A* student school didn't permanently exclude me as they want good reputation but did exclude me for 20 days. I'm looking forward to going to Cambridge University or Oxford as I have the knowledge and ambition to attend them. I'm wondering if this police record can prevent me from attending those education facilitie. I know that some reports expire and clear off after a period of time is this the case?
Thanks for all the answers in advance!

Yes, this would be a significant issue, especially considering the nature of the crime. Talk to a lawyer asap, and find out what you must do to have this record sealed or expunged.
