Hello, I recently got this Nissan, was doing a coolant flush and upon bleeding noticed this behaviour...

When the car starts it runs nice and smooth (for its condition), but if i turn the headlights on, the engine sound changes and the rpm too. If I turn full beams on then the sound changes further. At first I thought it was the battery or alternator, got my multi-meter out the battery seems ok at 12.4V at the terminals. Checked the alternator and this is where it gets interesting. When the car is idling with all electronics off (stereo, lights, door closed) alternator is pumping out 14.5V peak and average 14.4V. When i get my beams on (dimmed) the alternator drops down slightly to 14.2V, but the engine sound changes (sounds as if it isn't getting enough power, as if it is struggling to keep going). When I get my full beams on with radio plugged in the voltage drops to 14.0V. Now the engine sounds very bad. I decided to turn my emergency lights on just to see what will happen, the sound got very bad so wasn't planning on continuing with this test, but before i went to turn the car off, the voltage dropped from 13.9V to 10V for a fraction of a second twice in a row. I turned off, and went to repeat it this time got 13.9V for about 2-3 minutes that i was running without any drop to 10V.

Alternator belt is tight and the pulley has no play and spins freely.

One thing to note, when I step on the accelerator the rpms kick in and the engine sounds ok regardless of the scenario.

I am thinking of building a Pc on Christmas. On CyberMonday sales I bought 16GB (4x4) Corsair LPX DDR4 kit. Its speed is 2666MHz and the motherboard I am looking foward to getting is MSI z-170 Krait which supports 2600(OC) and 2800(OC) memory. Will my memory be underclocked, overclocked or stock on this motherboard? Also this mobo or Z170-A Asus are my only options to fit in my budget (extremely tight budget as I am 16 and currently off work).

Recently I modded my old USB mouse by integrating a green LED into it. I have not much knowledge in electricity apart from some Maxwell s equations and standard college curriculum stuff (not the whole two years as I don t even go to college yet). So my plan is to somehow change out the green LED to an RGB one and make a controller that will change the colour (red, green, blue, purple, yellow, brown, white, off) when a momentary switch is activated. So in general a momentary button is pressed and this causes the led colour to change. Thank you in advance and do keep in mind that it has to fit inside a mouse so I can t jam an Arduino inside. Also the USB produces 5V and I connect the circuit in parallel to the mouse circuit.

Recently I received a debt collection letter that I owe eBay 18.01 GBP. After logging on to my eBay account (which I haven't used over half a year from now) I realized that I have ton of invoices stating that I failed to pay my monthly fee of £1. After long and tiring search for this "magical fee" I found no traces of it in the User Agreement (T&C), it only applies when someone is selling an item. I never sold anything and was using eBay for around 2 years and never had to pay anything. Also if I had to pay £1 a month where did the 1p come from?

I tried calling eBay today 3 times but all three times some Indian guy picks up and after I explain my problem all he says is "If it says pay, then pay. It's not my problem" and then hungs up. ON the third time he hung up as soon as he heard my voice.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? and how can I stop it, also eBay sent my unpaid fees to Transcom and they sent me Notice of Debt Collection and if I fail to pay before 13th November the will use door step collectors.

In addition to all that I am only 15, consequently can not have eBay account (but come on who doesn't fake their age online?) and thus can not have debt.

Also it said that I must pay till 13th or they'll use doorstep collectors and legal actions. Currently I wrote an eMail to eBay and waiting for reply.

Since I am 15 and can not be legally employed therefore do not own any property or money can I just ignore that letter since I've got nothing to make the payment with.

Finally how much will this affect my future financial prospects (mortgages, credit, etc.)

I am a begginer in coding (I'm coding using c++, in C::B 13.12) and usually was coding only in one .cpp class (main.cpp). I've decided to create another .cpp class with .h and use all the default settings to do so. Now when I want to Build and Run nothing happens, no cmd window, nothing, all my codes are correct and there's no error message. When I try to debug a window pops up saying "Build failed. Do you want to debug? Yes/No", none of those options change anything. Also even after I delete the class that I've created and try to build and run the program nothing happens. Please help.

I'm 15 and recently got onto a police record for making an IED (Improvised Explosive Device) since I am a good A* student school didn't permanently exclude me as they want good reputation but did exclude me for 20 days. I'm looking forward to going to Cambridge University or Oxford as I have the knowledge and ambition to attend them. I'm wondering if this police record can prevent me from attending those education facilitie. I know that some reports expire and clear off after a period of time is this the case?

I'm 15 and today (09/05/14) I got excluded from school for setting off a home made high velocity explosive. Since I was very honest with my headteacher and answered all questions very precise she did not invite the police to school but she did send them my details and what I have done. Thus now I am on a police record and was wondering how will this affect my life in 2 years time and further, I am looking forward to apply for Cambridge university when the time will come as I am an A* student in all subjects except English (A) and had and hope still have a good chance of going Cambridge. So please can you shine some light on my situation and if possible tell me what type of offence did I commit and will it affect me after 2 years.

I am I begginer home chemist, I have over 30 different chemicals and tones of flasks, test tubes, e.t.c. Since I am a human and as most humans would do given the opportunities to mess with chemicals they would want to make something loud, bright and explosive. Some of the products to make such items can be found online but the more volatile will require a licence or whatever. One of those "forbidden for home use" chemicals is ammonium nitrate that is impossible to gain access to online. However I am currently in Russia and in a couple of days will be flying back to England (EasyJet Airline) and here I am able to easily get ammonium nitrate. Now the tricky bit, am I able to take a small quntaty of 500g on board and to the UK? In case you're wondering I will not do anything crazy with it as the main purpose why I need it is as a powerful oxidiser, far more powerful, than potassium nitrate. Also the furthest I wound go with it is making ANFO :P joking..... or am I? Anyways thanks for all the answers in advance!

I am in need of a turbocharger, do not care what make or for what vehicle it is meant for, the bigger the better. I want to make a turbojet engine and the most essential part in it is the turbocharger. I've already checked my local auto repair shop and I do not have any car scrap yards around so do not suggest those. Thanks in advance!

OK, so I'm making a Minecraft mod in Minecraft version 1.5.2 in Eclipse. Currently I have tonne of items there (I'm a begginer in modding so I do not have any complex codes). While I added some new Items/blocks I always played my Minecraft to check it and it did work. Today however using the same code I added about 10 new Items and when I pressed "Run" a crash message showed up saying "Failed to start game!...illegal object naming null". I used to get it earlier about 2-3 times but that was long ago and because of the stupid mistakes. Currently all my codes are perfect, all imports are imported and Eclipse doesn't show any errors. PLease help, as I said I'm only a begginer in Forge modding therefore a person who knows it better than me should be able to solve this issue. I will present the error message and my base java file in which I have all the codes in the download below (can not place them here as I do not have enough space).

I had this argument with my history teacher that Jews benefited AFTER the Holocaust. The reason why I think that they did, is because the whole world hated Jews before the war and each country knew that exterminating them will cause country troubles so they just kept quiet, but when Adolf Hitler rose to power and begun the Holocaust many other countries helped in transportation of Jews because now other countries weren't afraid for the outcome as all the hate will fall on Germany (as it happened), but if the Holocaust never had happened Jews will never be seen as humans and still be hated by society. I am making a presentation about discrimination and was wondering weather sometimes it is right to beat women. Also because I live in England and people in England are obsessed with human rights and discrimination. They say that discrimination is bad however they discriminate women and being unequal to them by saying "You can not hurt girls because they are physically weaker than us." this is being stereotypical and unequal to the female sex. Some girls are way stronger than men. When answering to me please explain why.
