    I am not in favor of human beings executing human beings. By legal definition, an execution IS premeditated murder in the first degree.

    Rich criminals in China and elsewgere are not supposed to kill people, explicitly. Only through economic and class warfare. outright murder is bad public relations, so they need to pay the price.
