Am I being sensible about my breasts?
I've started to develop breasts in the last few months due to hormone therapy and I find I'm being very cautious with them. For instance, I try to avoid lying on my front in bed because they get squashed. I also feel a little perturbed when my partner rests her head on my chest. Is this just being too careful or is it sensible to sleep on my side and avoid that kind of thing? It's rather uncomfortable.

when i was first developing my breasts were very sensitive
tender .. to touch to lie on just real tender
when i quit developing the tenderness went away
even now i have to adjust them to lie on my stomach
i dont like how they feel squished on an angle they only feel right squished a certain way
they make the best pillows and eventually youll like her head resting on or near them
even after theyre fully developed they can have tender spots
for example i dont like feeling for lumps, some pressure moving upwards, mine dont like it

There's no physical reason to avoid those things, but if they make you uncomfortable, whether physically or psychologically, then don't do them for now. You'll probably find these things become more comfortable as you become more comfortable with your changing body.
I'm not familiar with hormone therapy, but I'm wondering if it causes anything like the breast tenderness associated with PMS? If so, I could totally see how that would be uncomfortable. Maybe your body will adapt over time?

It's totally ok to feel that way. Coming from a girl, breasts are great once you get used to having them. It's ok to be unsure about what to do and yea they can be a little uncomfortable at times but you will get used to them. they aren't going to break or anything so you are all good to go do what you please with them

If that makes you comfortable, go for it. There's no real reason why they can't be handled more roughly than that, but you do you.

Nah its totally understandable, it's a new thing for you. Like for example if a person breaks an arm, he/she will be really careful with it, despite the fact it's in the cast and no way can be damaged, (unless on purpose of course lol), so hey do what ever you like, it's your body
