I'm 23 years old & I don't have a drivers license or permit. Are there any courses i can take to get it? Any way to buy it?

I'm a resident of virginia, taken the permit test once when i was 17, failed and never went back.

Ive heard of online courses but not sure about how those work, plus I've read about some sites taking peoples money.

    No, you can't just buy a drivers license. You obviously have access to the internet, go to the VA DMV website and find out what you need to do.

    Call a local driving school for driving lessons. They will help you with this.

    IF YOU CANNOT PASS TEST YOU SHOULD NOT DRIVE. IT WOULD BE FAKE IF YOU GET FROM THIRD PARTY.
