What meal includes...?
What meals include hamburger meat but dont need bread or pasta? Trying to go on the no bread or pasta diet. The only meals I can think of are chili and meatloaf (I know it requires breadcrumbs) any ideas?

Try squash or zuccini pasta you can get the tools to make your own or you can get some premade at moreth health food stores.
Annies makes faboulus borwn rice pasta or hamburger meat with Brown rice in a skillet coverend in your choice of sauce is very yummy.

I crumble up the hamburger and brown it in a skillet; then mix in some refried beans, picante sauce, and cheese. it looks ugly but tastes great

Make patties and serve with salad or green vegi's.-- brown crumbles and scramble eggs in it(top with cheese?)
