There are currently no settings to be notified of comments.
Comments are made on the site, and the only way to see them is to check back on your answers/comments by clicking back onto them. No email notifications have ever been sent for comments on answers.

No - you have various options about notifications (click on Preferences from your home page) but that is not among them.
