I wish to spend with him his final days and help with final services. I do not know how long he has maybe up to a month.
I do not know how to arrange airfare.

You look up flights from the country you are in to the country you want to get to. If there is one in your budget, book it. If there is a cheaper alternative such as coach, ferry or train, look into those options too. Book a single if you don't know how long you are going to be away. Book a return if you only have limited time. Make sure you have somewhere to stay on your arrival (if not at your relatives house).
