Would you be insulted if your significant other said this?
I've been exclusive with this girl over a month now. It's new, but I really like her and she says she really likes me.
There are two things she said that insulted me to the point where I'm actually questioning whether I want to be with her.
1) After a lame political debate (I'm not heavy into this, she brought it up), she said "It's a good thing you'll never meet my father". She also said something similar along those lines about meeting her sister.
2) We went to dinner with her boss, and she brought up the fact that she does not refer to me as her boyfriend, and she gets made fun of for it.
I am insulted because I want my woman to be proud of who she is with. By her saying things like that, I'm getting the impression she simply doesn't take it as seriously as I do.
Am I just making a big deal out of nothing? Should I talk to her about this?

If she says things like that after only being 'exclusive' with you for one month, I'd hate to think what she has in store for you after a year. She's abusive in a very sly way. Move on. You deserve better.

I'd be insulted. So I say don't waist anymore time on it. If she really wants you cut her off and if she tries to stay with you then she does want you but if she doesn't then it wasn't meant to be. Hope everything works out for you

She's not your significant other after such a short time dating
She clearly is not taking this relationship seriously for now
Slow down a bit and take it easy and see how things work out for you both
