Taking a trip to Tijuana using borrowed car?
My older brother wants to take my car to tijuana by himself. He never cross the border with borrowed car before but he seems not worry. But something is telling me that things might get complicated. ..Is there anything I should worry about, ie: special documents, etc.. having him cross the border with my car if I let him borrow it? Or is that not a good idea to let him use my brand new car to tijuana?

Are you serious?
You need separate insurance for driving into Mexico. Your normal insurance will not cover anything that happens. Yes, things might get "complicated."
Your brother should park on the U.S. side of the border and use something like taxis inside Mexico, or he should simply take the trolley down from north of the border, walk across, and use taxis on the other side.
No way in heck I'd let someone borrow my brand new car and drive it into Tijuana.

Uh, no. Have you ever been to Tijuana? Taxis are easy and inexpensive. ..compared to getting your car stolen and your *** beat. Or worse. Btw, you can park your car at Wal-Mart in Otay for free. Walk or cab over.
