Gun law question?
Can a 20 y/o, with a CCW issued in the state of Alabama, carry a concealed firearm in the state of FL? A resident of FL is required to be 21 y/o to possess a CCW.

Florida does have a reciprocating agreement with Alabama.....BUT you must be 21

I make no assumptions. And I am aware of the reciprocation law; however, if the 20 y/o is legal to own and conceal carry in AL and crosses into FL, is he still legal, since he is an AL resident (AL driver's license, AL CCW permit, AL tags)? I have looked through both the AL and FL gun laws, but can't find anything that specifically says this. The closest I found was that you have to be 21 to have a CCW in FL. I will try to find out from local law enforcement agency in FL tomorrow. Thanks for the input.
